Accounting: You're always going to have to manage your own finances. If you'd like to open up your own shop, this will be the most important class you take. Be sure they teach QuickBooks.





Chemistry: Cosmetology uses a lot of chemistry and while most cosmetologists don't have classic chemistry training, it will help you a lot.





Marketing: It's fun and you'll need to market yourself.





Art Classes: You're going to be artistic after all.

Math and science. When a beautician ';mixes up hair colors'; she uses mathematical equations re: 4 to 1 ratio., to mix the different dye colors together to get the actual color wanted.
Maybe Home Economics?
Chemistry...
