How to straighten short kinky hair ???? for a man?

im a boy and i always cut my hair army style short and i want to grow my hair long and i've been letting it grow so far but on the sides of my head the hair is kinking, becoming curly and wrapping itself with other hair which makes it look clumped up and makes it look like im balding in some spots (only on the sides not the top)





i brush my hair 2-3 times a day but it doesn't seem to work what should i doHow to straighten short kinky hair ???? for a man?
use a straightening shampoo and conditioner or ether use a blow dryer and blow dry straight down on each strand of hair while drying or if you want to go really straight you may need to go and buy a flat iron ...... go to sallies beauty supplies....... not walmart...... to find one because there irons work so much better........... they give off more heat..... just make sure you get a ceramic one so it wont burn up your hair as bad unlike the iron plated ones that will !!!!! .............. oh by the way you said your hair is close to your head ..... they got flat irons that are smaller too that you could use on shorter hair just left a strand of hair up at a time or down ..... whatever you like ..... and that should do the trick !!How to straighten short kinky hair ???? for a man?
