really the best hairdressers have a passion for it so if your thinking about it and not sure then......but if you love it you love it. It's fun for the stylist to play with hair, and have different challenges while making someone feel good about themselves. You get to do so much, theres not only working in a salon but-movies-weddings-theatrical makeup for plays and events-you can work for a specific company and become and educator-a platform artist for shows-or even a cosmetology teacher. Contrary to what people say you can make a lot of money doing it, that part comes with the passion. and if that doesn't work for ya-my dad always said ';it's a recession proof job-if the economy gets bad people still need haircuts'; lol


(plus it's always fun to get comments on my hair everywhere I go)What are the best reasons to be come a hair dresser?
Work for yourself. Set your own hours. Can make great money in a good area.
You like to do hair and are a people person.
Well see my reason would be because it would be fun. and at the end of the day you can think back and relize you helped all those people. You made them happy. and more beautiful. And The pay isnt that bad if you are good at it...I had to look into it for a project in school and they can make a lot of money. Hope I helped.

Good tips , keep up with fashion, do your own styles , meet people, money money money. But like any other job you really have to like it and have the guts to deal with all kind of people
