Let's take a look at all 3 of the jobs

Magazine designer- 4 year degree, several internships, and lots of experience to get there. This is a stressful 50+hour a week job and keeping up with current trends and ahead of the game is essential

Hair dresser- Certificate from a community school or technical college about 1 year-18 months. Depending on the level you want to be at, it can be very stressful. You have to have excellent people skills and deal with children very well. If you're looking to to upscale clientele then you're looking at internships, making the right connections, and being in the right place at the right time.

Actress- No matter what you do, you still never know how successful you'll be. If you do go to school for a drama degree, you might end up teaching or doing short 1 line spots on various TV shows. It's a ton of work, but worth it if you can handle being in the spot light and criticized a lot. If you want to be an actress, start now by meeting with an agent to get a feel of what you're going into.

I hope that this gives you more of a clear idea of what you want to do.Witch job is better to go for an magazine designer or an hair dresser or actress?
These days, you can be any and all. Have one as a steady job and one as a hobby. Seems you are drawn to the arts, and perhaps a glamorous type career. I say major in some sort of journalism arts or communications so that you can apply it to a variety of fields all through your life.

You might want to call a hair dresser and well..interview them, ask them if you can follow them for the day and see if you like what they do. Sounds like you may do well as an actress who designs and publishes a wildly successfully hair styling and beauty magazine. Look at Andie McDowell! Everyone has diverse interests know that as long as you pursue any of these...the rest will fall into place in time, if you dream it. and about it.
