When you go get your hair cut or colored or permed, what is a good tip? How do you determine it?How do you detemine what is a good tip for a hair dresser?
I determine by the service. I've had some very bad trips to the salon, and if the service is bad I don't tip well or at all. If they don't style my hair as I asked, and then tell me afterwards that they did what they THOUGHT would be best for my hair, I don't tip very well. I recently had my hair dyed from black to a deep blonde, and the woman worked sooo hard to get the color that I wanted and not damage my hair. It turned out sooo well. It was about $60 and I tipped her $10. :]
