How did this muslim who is suing the hair dresser for rejecting her as an applicant because she wears a head?

scarf, know that was the reason for her rejection? Usually they don't reply if you are unsuccessful, or simply write saying you haven't been successful on this occasion, but rarel if ever give the exact reason. And I think if for some reason you would give the reason, you would hardly choose to start with this case, which is obviously going to cause controversy. How did this muslim who is suing the hair dresser for rejecting her as an applicant because she wears a head?
omg ANOTHER muslim kicking up a stink she didnt get it move on could you imagine if every applicant complained

and anothet thing when i walk into a salon i expect to see all the hairdressers displaying nice hairstyles!

sorry if i sound offensive but this keeps happening in the UK they cant just give the jobs to you because of your race! there are OTHER applicants who might just be better qualified than you! why should they get everything because they have different coloured skin! thats racist against the other applicants! what is the world coming too!!!How did this muslim who is suing the hair dresser for rejecting her as an applicant because she wears a head?
Race card once AGAIN.......welcome to Britain
I read that she had been refused other positions on the same basis.

Another militant muslim intent on stirring up trouble.
This woman had been turned down for dozens of jobs previously and has similar claims in against most of them. She's a scam artist who is playing the system and as always will get her pay offs to avoid offending the muslims.
Because the interviewee commented on it during the interview and then told her that that was why she was unsuccessful.
She was told by the interviewer (the owner) that she expected all her stylists to be able to show off their hair, or words to that effect. She had also applied to other salons before and after this one - so I'm not sure why she decided to sue this particular lady instead of the other people who rejected her. Maybe this was the only place she got a reason for her rejection, or maybe the others were larger chains and likely to have more resources to fight the case.

Whatever, it is very sad to think that women have fought for so long to get equal rights, and men and women have fought to get fair treatment for people of all races and religions, to have it trivialised like this.

Since her faith is obviously so important to her, I would have thought that it would be better for the complainant to apply to work in a Muslim-owned salon where she would not be expected to display her hair.
OK thingy, race card .I expect by now you have got it.They all play the race card, something we don,t have.Race card ok
We don't ave 'em by yer, so it's not a problem. Does muslim women bother 'avin' their hair done? I mean, no one ever gets to see it do they? Seems like a waste of money to me like!
Muslim women choose to wear headscarfs not all muslim women wear them. so why then is she choosing to wear a head scarf and choosing to be a hairdresser!!. I have not had my hair done by certain hairdressers because of their hair. When you have your hair done you do look at the persons hair thats a fact. The lady is not being racist at all just being sensible and honest, she is running a business afterall.
Links please.
The muslim lady might have heard rumor, or (and i hope this ain't true) but she is playing the 'race card', becasue she didnt get the job.
The interviewer repeatedly made it clear that she was uncomfortable with her wearing the headscarf. The Muslim lady stated that the headscarf was central to her religion. It wasn't just a fashion item. And it didn't affect her doing the job. When she was unsuccessful, it was quite obvious that the headscarf was the reason why. As the advert didn't say NO HEADSCARF I think she's justified in suing as she obviously feels strongly about it and it's a job she always wanted.

If it was me I'd just move on. I've been unsuccessful many times because, I believe, the interviewers already have somebody lined up for the job (usually a mate) and are just going through the motions because it's the law.

And why do the RACISTS here always say 'race card' when a non-white complains? Do you believe that only white English people are allowed to complain?
you think that's strange, a Asian man visiting his son in prison, accused the drugs sniffer dog of been racist, as every time he visited the prison and the dog sniffed him it sat down indicating it smelt drugs,he also threatened to sue, claiming the prison service had a racist dog,
Imagine someone scruffy, someone who doen't wash their hair for a week, oily, minging, witth the roots for 3 diferent colours showing, aplies for the same job.

The owner of the salon tells her '; Sorry sweetheart but your image does not comply with the image we want to pass on to our clients. If you wash your hair and have a nice dye and style, maybe we will consider you for the position';.

Would the scruffy minger sue the salon? Or would she:

a) Run home take a shower and have a hairdo

b) change career path

Are we really as tax payers be paying for the court costs of this ridiculous claim?

Edit@thingy: Part of being an hairdresser, or a fashion designer is that you can show your own style and flair so it kind of becomes like a trademark. It doens't make any sense what you're saying.
angry i guess and self fear of one another due to different looks.

maybe?
