I want the haircut that Vanessa Ann Hudgens has in her ';Say OK'; video.Does anyone know what kind of hair style this is called? And the right way to explain it to a hair dresser?

It's call a Mullet cut. Hope this helps.
print out a picture of it and describe in detail exactly how you want it to look, how you want to style it, if you want layers, and how to care for it. Also see if it will look ok with your face shape, the texture of your hair, the length, and how thin or thick your hair is.
is it short in the back and long in the front?
just take a pixc oh her hair ansd tell em you want loose curls thats what there called really is the loose curls of the wave
print out a picture of her hair, and bring it to the hair stylist.
