Long is sexier. There's something that rebellious and bad boyish about it. It shows that your not afraid to be yourself, and not conform to the standards that society sets. If you have to wear it short, at least leave it shaggy. Crew cuts look so old fashion and corporate American. Who wants to have the same hair style that their dad or worst yet, their grandfather wore? Ladies..short, cleancut haircuts or long hair for men?
They both look sexy! I don't have a preference I will go for either.
